Adventure Park Moab is the perfect place for families and kids to come challenge yourself or just have fun! APM has created a family friendly atmosphere where kids of all ages are welcome to come participate or just watch and cheer the others on! For groups of seven or more our standard 2 hr session is ideal. We can take a group of kids or families, from any culture or background or any ability level. We'll challenge them to set goals for each participant. Personal and unique goals for each person are beneficial because each amazing human on this earth is just that, unique! Also, our philosophy here at APM is "Challenge By Choice"! This means that each participant's individual choice is respected by the staff and by their team-mates. One's choice may be to try the first 10 feet of the wall and then come down. Another's may be to do a cartwheel at 40 feet! Either way our staff will be there and ready to support each person's decison! Once we've trained all of the participants on the safety procedures and all of the verbal commands, it's time to ascend into the course either by climbing the 40ft climbing tower or the always challenging cargo net. Each person is tethered to the course with our easy to use static belay system so that our staff, and especially you have piece of mind that safety is number one at AMP! You'll get to experience as many of the 13 challenges constructed up in the air and exit the course by the Giant Swing or by being lowered down by our staff. A quick debrief at the end of the session is a good way to reflect on the day's experience and share moments of discovery with your group. Our staff are trained to work with all ages and we are are experts at making the whole Challenge Course experience fun and most importantly, SAFE! ***We can provide customprograms for kidsand families with teambuilding sessions, knot tying clinics, belay training and rappelling.
